Leading Edge Property Management, LLC is owned and operated by Cindy Jacobs and Kerrie Maitland, licensed property managers. Together these sisters create a dynamic team. They understand what makes this valley an incredible place to live and work.
Cindy Jacobs has spent the majority of her life living in the Flathead Valley. She has spent 15 years in property management and 25 years in bookkeeping. She was also CEO of a growing company, as well as an administrator of another business. Outside of working she enjoys hiking, biking, boating and spending time with friends and family.
Kerrie Maitland has also spent the majority of her life growing up in the Flathead Valley. Her working background consists of over 5 years in bookkeeping in the real estate field. She has also spent 22 years in banking and managing commercial loan processing. In her free time she enjoys hiking, biking and discovering new trails with her husband around Montana in her off-road vehicle.
